Research shows that online services are just as effective as in-person sessions. Online services offer the flexibility of treatment from the comfort of your own home or work office, eliminating the need for travel. They offer the added benefit of eliminating the fatigue of commuting, making it easier for clients to manage treatment alongside work and daily responsibilities. Online sessions provide flexible, accessible care without disrupting your professional and personal life.

Treatment varies for each individual, as everyone has unique goals, responsibilities, and needs. However, our approach includes a combination of education, coaching, direct exercises based on principles of neuroplasticity, and functional applications to real-world situations. This ensures that treatment is tailored to your specific challenges and designed to improve your daily life in the home, out in the community, at work/school and during social interactions.

No! Despite their popularity, strictly brain games do not translate to real-life improvements. While they may provide cognitive stimulation and help you get better at the game itself, they do not improve real-world cognitive (thinking) or communication skills.
At Allcare Rehab, we provide individualized therapy tailored to your specific cognitive and communication challenges. Our evidence-based approach includes strategy training and exercises which leverage neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to rewire and adapt) to help you succeed in everyday tasks—whether at work, home, school, or in the community.
